Description
A trip to discover the best kept secrets of Alta Patagonia. We will start surrounded by ancient Araucarias in Villa Pehuenia and drive to the fjords of the Pacific Ocean to enjoy the Termas de Puyuhuapi and its excellent sea gastronomy. On the way we will enjoy the charms of Bariloche, the 7 Lakes Road and Valle Encantado. We will visit the Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid´s hideouts in Cholila. We will visit the Los Alerces National Park, a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site, with its millenary larches. We will be able to appreciate the strength of the Futaleufú River in all its splendor and we will be delighted by the legendary Welsh Tea in Trevelin. On the way back, we will road several kilometres, towards El Maitén, next to "La Trochita" railroad tracks, a centenary narrow-gauge railway, which is still active. We will not forget to enjoy the Patagonian lamb roast, trout, wild boar, deer and the exquisite Calafate fruit whenever possible.
